We’re looking for a Junior Partnership Specialist to join BigHub – one of the most progressive AI companies in the Czech Republic. You’ll help us develop partner relationships, manage certifications and support our business activities.

Your responsibilities:

• Partner relationship management – especially with key technology partners (e.g., Microsoft and other strategic vendors).
• Coordinating partner activities – tracking programs, benefits, updates, and changes in partnership terms.
• Certification management – keeping company and individual certifications and trainings up to date.
• Supporting the sales team – preparing materials and inputs for proposals.
• Reporting & documentation – working with internal systems (CRM, partner portals), maintaining activity logs, and keeping contract records.
• Internal communication – collaborating with sales, marketing, and delivery teams.

What we expect from you:

• A recent university or high-school graduate (ideally economics, tech, management) – the key is not being afraid to communicate and organize!
• Basic awareness of the IT market or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent English (min. level B2) – written and spoken (you’ll often communicate with partners in English).
• Strong organizational skills, independence, attention to detail and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets, CRMs and partner portals.
• A proactive mindset – you look for solutions rather than wait for instructions.
