BigHub’s story began in 2016, when Karel Šimánek and Tomáš Hubínek, two friends from the Czech Technical University, chose to go against the grain and explore artificial intelligence, back when it was still mostly an academic topic. They believed in its potential and set out to build a company grounded in top quality technology, trust, and courage. That vision gave rise to BigHub.
We started with clients in Germany and the US through a partnership with GoodData, soon adding companies from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, especially in the energy sector. Today, we help major players like ČEZ and E.ON as well as small and mid sized businesses access advanced analytics, automation, and more efficient operations at a fraction of the original cost.
Since then, we’ve come a long way. Deloitte ranks us among the fastest growing tech companies in Central Europe, and the BigHub brand has expanded to the US. As we grow, we remain true to what brought us here: a strong team, a friendly culture, and a drive to keep advancing the world of AI.
