Your responsibilities:‍

• Design and develop Gen AI–powered applications in Python.
• Build the architecture of AI solutions and optimize their performance.
• Implement front-end interactions with bots in React (TypeScript) and expose API endpoints on the back end.
• Integrate LLM models into chatbots and other AI products.
• Work in a small team following modern development best practices (CI/CD, testing, code review).
• Design strategies for effective use and scaling of Gen AI in production environments.
• Work with and fine-tune LLM models (including prompt engineering and fine-tuning).
• Work in a hybrid mode (on-site/remote).

What we expect from you

• Experience in designing and developing AI applications (LLM, NLP, chatbots, automation).
• Strong Python skills and the ability to develop software independently.
• Hands-on experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and query optimization.
• Experience in developing and exposing REST APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Practical knowledge of React (TypeScript), Next.js, or other front-end frameworks.
• Ability to design cloud application architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• English at least at level B2 for client communication and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP PaaS services.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• CI/CD and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Bicep).
• LangChain and effective use of LLMs in applications.
• Experience with serverless computing (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda).
• Knowledge of MLOps and deploying AI models in production.
