Who are we looking for?

An IT Project Manager with experience in data-related projects, BI, or software development. Ideally, you’ve already delivered several IT projects successfully. If you’ve worked on grant-funded projects or on projects involving multiple companies or consortia, that’s a big plus. You can quickly adapt to changes and you don’t mind managing several projects at once. You won’t be on your own—there are already three PMs on the team, and together you’ll make a great crew.

How things work here:

On Mondays, we review project status with each team and plan key activities for the week. We communicate primarily through MS Teams. Each customer has their own team space in our Teams, and every project has a shared channel with project information. What you can’t find in Teams, you’ll find on SharePoint. Occasionally you’ll look into our HubSpot CRM and collaborate with the sales team on pre-sale activities. For some projects, you’ll also coordinate communication and deliverables between multiple companies involved in a joint solution.

Your responsibilities:

• Participate in managing IT projects in AI, data analytics, ML, and software development
• Create and maintain schedules, estimates, deadlines, and timesheet overviews
• Prepare materials for proposals, tenders, PoCs, and - when it comes to grant projects - required project documentation
• Handle communication with clients during all project phases
• Coordinate the internal project team and suppliers; for multi-partner projects, also coordinate collaboration between companies
• Prepare and lead project meetings with the client and the team
• Act as the primary contact for both the client and the project team
• Evaluate risks and proactively address potential issues during delivery
• Keep everyone updated - both internally at BigHub and on the client side
• Provide regular updates on project progress

What we expect from you:

• Good understanding of IT and technology
• At least 2 years of project management experience in the IT sector
• Experience with AI/ML/BI data or cloud projects is an advantage
• Experience with grant-funded projects or multi-company setups is a plus
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall/agile)
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar PM tools
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders (from C-level to developers)
• Advanced English and Czech
