We are currently looking for an experienced AI Solutions Analyst who will act as a key link between business and development. We are looking for someone who understands that high-quality analysis does not start with documentation, but with understanding the client’s needs — and can translate them into clear requirements for development teams.

What you will do

• Communicate with clients, analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for development teams
• Design and model processes, data flows, and application architecture at a high-level design stage
• Act as a key contact between the client and the development team — manage requirement gathering, prioritization, and feedback
• Coordinate communication across stakeholders — clients, developers, architects, and testers
• Actively use AI tools to improve analytical work and speed up delivery
• Work in a hybrid setup (on-site / remote)

What we expect from you

• Experience with IT business analysis — requirement gathering, functional specifications, process modeling
• Knowledge of data modeling, UML diagrams, and process flow design
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to identify what really matters in complex situations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work daily with both clients and technical teams
• Experience with project and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar)
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership
• You see AI as a natural part of your work and know how to use it to speed up analysis and bring new insights

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, finance, or other regulated environments
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and cross-functional teams
• Basic knowledge of data analytics, BI, or AI/ML concepts
