What you will do
- Support the sales team and collaborate on preparation of materials for client meetings and presentations
- Help organize events and community activities (meetups, workshops, conferences – internal and external)
- Participate in content creation together with marketing (podcasts, social media, blog, case studies, AI/data topics)
- Contribute to building the company’s thought leadership
- Coordinate partner-related activities (tracking programs, benefits, updates, and related administration)
- Support certification management and track validity of company and individual certifications
- Work with internal systems (CRM, partner portals) and maintain reporting and activity tracking
- Collaborate across teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to ensure smooth coordination of activities
- Get involved in organizing additional formats such as podcasts and other content initiatives
What we expect from you
- University degree (economics, technical, or management preferred), but more importantly strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic understanding of the IT market or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong English (min. B2) — for communication with partners and preparation of materials
- Good organizational skills, independence, and attention to detail
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and various tools
- Proactive mindset — you don’t just follow tasks, you look for solutions
- Interest in technology, AI, and data is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience with event organization or community activities
- Experience with content creation or marketing collaboration
- Exposure to partner ecosystems or certifications (Microsoft, Databricks, etc.)
